Shipping policy

1. Order Fulfillment

• All orders are processed and fulfilled within 1–2 business days before they are handed over to our courier partners.

2. Shipping Destinations

• We currently ship nationwide across the Philippines.

3. Shipping Carriers & Rates

• We partner with trusted couriers, including Lalamove and Flash Express.

• Shipping fees are distance-based and calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

• Metro Manila: 1–3 business days after fulfillment.

• Provincial (Rest of PH): 3–14 business days after fulfillment.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your package is lost or damaged in transit, the customer will be fully refunded after verification with the courier. Please contact us immediately with photos and details if an issue occurs.
