Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Bagella Leather Bags and Accessories Store. We want you to love your handcrafted leather goods. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns Window

You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in its original packaging.

  • Exceptions: Sale items and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refunds & Store Credit

  • Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or issued as store credit, depending on your preference.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
